The biographies of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were removed from the official website of Buckingham Palace. Their joint profile is now at the very bottom of the list of Royal Family members, immediately after the depiction of the scandal-ridden Prince Andrew. This is reported by The Daily Best.

Previously, Harry and Meghan enjoyed extensive individual biographies on the site, but now, their presence is condensed into a shared profile accompanied by a brief statement regarding their departure from official royal roles.

A palace source attributed Harry and Meghan’s “demotion to a routine” website update, emphasizing its unrelated nature to the couple’s recent endeavors in brand development.

So, those seeking information about the couple now have to scroll to the very bottom of the page, bypassing even Prince Andrew, who, despite recent high-profile scandals, has a separate biography page.

The joint profile contains brief information about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and allows curious readers to visit the couple’s website for additional information. However, the use of royal titles on this platform has already drawn criticism since its launch in February.

Earlier, in October of last year, King Charles III began implementing his long-standing plans to modernize the monarchy.

At that time, the monarch categorized his immediate relatives into categories: senior members of the Royal Family, working members of the Royal Family, non-working members of the Royal Family, and others.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, alongside Prince Andrew, found themselves placed in the “Others” category.

Recall, that after leaving the Royal Family in January 2020, Prince Harry and his spouse consistently leveled accusations against other members of the royal family, creating increasing distance between themselves and the Palace and prompting sharp criticism from the public.
