The 40-year-old Prince and Princess of Wales try to live as “normal” a life as possible given their status. Kate Middleton and Prince William dined at a local pub in Windsor.

A flamboyant couple of the British monarchy likes to spend time in an informal setting in their free time away from royal duties. In late summer, Kate Middleton and Prince William moved from Kensington Palace in London to Adelaide Cottage near Windsor Castle. The parents, who have many children, believe that a life of ease in the suburbs is more suitable for their heirs – 9-year-old Prince George, 7-year-old Princess Charlotte, and 4-year-old Prince Louis.

The children of the Prince and Princess of Wales went to Lambrook Private School, which is a 15-minute drive from their new home. Kate and William try to take them to classes themselves when work schedules allow. At the same time, the couple finds time for themselves.

Casual witnesses reported that the Royals stopped by a local pub in Windsor while their children were at school. After dining in each other’s company, the couple decided to combine their secret rendezvous with a business lunch. They were later joined by Maggie Caxton and her partner.

Maggie is chairman of the Northeast Learning Foundation, a multidisciplinary organization dedicated to helping children realize their true potential. The Prince and Princess of Wales personally congratulated the acquaintance on receiving the Order of the British Empire.

“Congratulations to our chairman, Maggie Caxton, who yesterday received the Order of Honor from Princess Anne at Windsor Castle,” the foundation’s official portal said.

According to an insider, Maggie was thrilled to attend the ceremony. “What made her even more emotional was the fact that she ended up next to the Prince and Princess of Wales at a local pub after the event!” — quotes Hello! Source.

Maggie received many congratulatory messages from well-wishers. Those noted how lucky she was to be dining with the Royal couple. “Congratulations Maggie, what a wonderful way to celebrate this achievement,” “A memory to treasure forever,” “Congratulations! A well-deserved and such a beautiful memory to cherish,” “My goodness, talk about the perfect way to end an amazing day! Congratulations!” – wrote in the comments.

The Royal couple’s sweet date took place shortly after Kate made a solo visit to Colham Manor Children’s Center in Hillingdon.
